Mengi Yay Yachts, established in 1964 by Ramazan Mengi in Istanbul, has grown from a small workshop building wooden rowing and fishing boats to an internationally respected builder of custom superyachts. In 1985 Muzaffer Yay joined as partner, and the company relocated to the Tuzla shipyard zone. They expanded their materials and expertise - from wood to steel, aluminium, and composites - and today operate one of Turkey’s most advanced yards, delivering modern superyachts in collaboration with top design studios like Nuvolari Lenard and VYD Studio.
