The LOUNGE 40 is a large volume 399GRT 40m explorer yacht featuring a full displacement steel hull & aluminum superstructure and impressive cruising range of 4,000nm. 24 month delivery period. She has all the design features one would expect on a modern day explorer - center line infinite pool back aft with fold down balconies, flowing exterior deck spaces with multiple lounge areas & bars great for entertaining or relaxing and 6 spacious cabins sleeping up to 12 guests, commercial grade galley, extensive storage for long passages & proper laundry facilities. She is build to commercial class and is MCA compliant & sleeps up to 9 crew including a captain's cabin located on the upper deck & spacious crew lounge. The LOUNGE 40 is a bespoke new construction project to be customized at the request of the client from the finishing touches on the interior decor, to the exterior deck furniture and layouts. The LOUNGE 40 brings together two well respected Italian design firms with Fulvio de Simoni responsible for the exterior desing & Hot Lab behind the interior decor. She is a pedigree new build that can be delivered with a very attractive delivery date.
