The world’s largest sailing yacht - Orient Express Corinthian
Orient Express, a brand associated for more than a century with luxury trains, has unveiled Orient Express Corinthian - a 220-metre sailing yacht and the largest in the world.
On board, there are just 54 suites for around 110 guests. The focus is not on mass cruising, but on privacy, space, and ultra-luxury service. The interiors are inspired by Art Deco, French savoir-faire, and the aesthetic of the golden age of travel.
The culinary programme is led by chef Yannick Alleno. The yacht features restaurants, bars, a Guerlain spa, a fitness centre, swimming pools, a library, and a cinema. Her key technological feature is the SolidSail rigid sail system: three sails with a total surface area of around 4,500 m².
The yacht was officially presented on April 29, 2026, in Saint-Nazaire. Her first itineraries are expected to sail through the Mediterranean and Adriatic seas, before moving on to the Caribbean.
In essence, Orient Express has taken its philosophy - slow, expensive, and exquisitely refined travel - from the rails to the sea.
