Electrolysis
• The ship is equipped with an Isolation transformer which will normally delete any risk of electrolysis. However as back up
the ship is equipped with an earth fault measuring system equipped with alarm function. Should the ship find itself in an
“electrically polluted” environment then the system will indicate this via an alarm.
SWITCH PANELS 24 VOLT
• A main switchboard is mounted in the engine room en is equipped with “double pole” fuses and where necessary engine
security switches. Also a professional “earth fault” monitoring system is installed.
• A 24 volt dc indication & monitoring system is installed in the steering position.
